Host dashboard

Run a session

Pick a brief to open a combined host+participant view. In a real deployment, the participant gets the /p/[brief] link; you watch the dashboard separately.

Founder Investment Evaluation

Investor · Founder

A reusable brief for an Investor (VC partner, angel, accelerator evaluator) interviewing a Founder about their product thesis as part of a funding-adjacent conversation. Surfaces unstated assumptions, tests whether the problem is real, probes conviction vs. attachment, and stress-tests the wedge. The same brief runs across many founder interviews so insight is comparable cohort-wide.

Post-Incident Witness Interview

Investigator · Witness

A reusable brief for an Investigator (SRE, safety officer, QA lead, quality-and-safety manager) interviewing a Witness who was present for an incident or near-miss. Each incident is unique — the brief sets structure; the conversation adapts. Produces a structured investigator report + a reflective takeaway that helps the witness process what they saw.

Civic Consultation

Facilitator · Resident

A reusable brief for a Facilitator (city official, urban planner, policy analyst, community engagement lead) interviewing a Resident about their lived experience of a neighbourhood issue, public service, or proposed change. Surfaces what residents actually experience versus what they theorise, captures priorities that can't be reduced to a survey option, and surfaces trade-offs the resident holds implicitly. Runs across many residents so that divergences and shared pressures become visible at cohort level.

How screen separation works

Participant view (/p/[brief]) — a clean, minimal chat interface. No dashboard, no objective bars, no meta-notice badges. The participant types, sees responses, and receives their reflective takeaway at the end.

Combined demo view (/) — both sides in one window. Useful for demos, evaluation, or debugging. Shows the host dashboard alongside the chat.

Cross-turn reasoning is invisible to participants — badges for anchor_return (amber) and meta-notices (green) appear only in the combined view.
